Institutional Governance

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Version v2026.1 • Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Principle of Client Data Confidentiality

At Samir Technologies, we operate with institutional discipline. We recognize that custom application architectures, business logic, intellectual property blueprints, API credentials, and client database schemas are sensitive proprietary assets. We maintain a zero-compromise confidentiality commitment.

2. Information We Collect

When you configure a project or engage our engineering services, we collect:

  • Billing & Entity Data: Full legal name, corporate entity name, registered office address, GSTIN / Tax Identification, email, and verified phone number.
  • Architectural Specifications: Project purpose, category requirements, selected screens, functional modules, and design assets uploaded to our secure environment.
  • Audit Telemetry: Session identifiers, IP address, and timestamp tokens to verify affirmative contractual consent and prevent transactional fraud.

3. Storage, Encryption & Data Isolation

All project configurations, file uploads, and milestone records are stored in encrypted, isolated environments. We enforce AES-256 server-side encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Client design files and uploaded assets are strictly protected by server-level access barriers and cannot be indexed by public web crawlers.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Policy

We do not sell, license, or monetize your business or personal data under any circumstances. Data is exclusively transferred to regulated payment infrastructure (Razorpay) strictly to process transaction settlements and escrow authorizations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Upon project handover and milestone acceptance, clients may request complete expungement of temporary build logs, staging databases, and uploaded design mockups from our active development servers by submitting a formal notice to our Data Protection Officer at billing@samirtechnologies.com.
