Artisanal Engineering, Defensive Web Architecture & Zero-Trust Database Boundaries
Every script across the platform enforces declare(strict_types=1);. This eliminates subtle runtime type coercions and logical flaws. Error reporting is calibrated dynamically: in production mode, sensitive stack traces and credentials are never leaked to client user agents, while structured contextual logs are securely written to isolated server storage.
We execute 100% of database queries using parameterized PDO prepared statements with native emulation disabled (PDO::ATTR_EMULATE_PREPARES => false). Raw string interpolations in SQL queries are strictly prohibited across the entire codebase.
All state-modifying HTTP actions (POST, PUT, DELETE) require a cryptographically random, timing-attack resistant CSRF token validated via hash_equals(). Sessions are configured with HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and automatic Secure flags under HTTPS.
Payment webhooks from Razorpay undergo HMAC SHA-256 signature verification before execution. Event payloads are validated for deduplication against an internal idempotency ledger to eliminate duplicate order processing or replay attacks.
Client-uploaded assets undergo deep binary MIME verification via finfo, receive randomized UUID filenames, and are stored in private directories with script execution disabled via Apache Options -ExecCGI.
