All engineering engagements commissioned through the Samir Technologies platform adhere strictly to the itemized specifications selected in the Project Builder and documented in the official project order snapshot. Any additions or revisions outside the agreed scope will be evaluated under formal change-order requests.
Upon full settlement of milestone payments, 100% full legal and commercial ownership of bespoke source code developed specifically for the client is irrevocably transferred to the client. This includes Git repositories, architectural schemas, custom API endpoints, and database models. Third-party open-source libraries or third-party APIs remain subject to their respective standard licenses.
Project completion is certified when all agreed modules, automated test suites, deployment scripts, and administrative accounts pass milestone verification in staging and are successfully handed over to client-designated cloud infrastructure.
Every delivered project is covered by our standard 30-Day Engineering Warranty starting immediately upon project handover. Our engineering team resolves any functional bugs, unhandled exceptions, or regressions deviating from the approved architectural specifications at zero additional cost.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with engagements under Samir Technologies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar / New Delhi, India.
